Hoffmann, Inc. is an established company whose history dates back to 1914. In Hoffmann’s early beginning and for many years after, concrete staves where manufactured to build feed storage silos. Then in the 1970’s, Hoffmann capabilities expanded into cast-in-place concrete silos, concrete chimneys, and specialty concrete structures.

By the early 1990’s, Hoffmann made another expansion in its capabilities to include the fabrication of metal components, such as steel openings, ladders and platforms, and handrail. These components were fabricated for use in Hoffmann concrete construction products. Presently Hoffmann operates a full-service metal fabricating facility specializing in large, custom, metal fabricated products.

It became a perfect fit to offer field erection and installation services, since our construction crews were in the field installing steel fabricated items for our concrete structures. Thus our services for industrial projects grew to include restoration and renovation, plant shutdowns, routine maintenance, and inspections.

As Hoffmann’s industrial services grew, our engineers and design/build team developed and expanded their own strengths. Opportunities allowed them to use their skills and experience for new industrial and commercial buildings, restorations, expansions, and interior renovations.
